This is the base of Torchwood Three. It hasn't changed much over the years apart from being updated with new tecnology. Some kep places within it are: The Boardroom, Jack's Office, The Archives, The Autopsy Room and the Main Hub.

This is Donna Noble's house. It is also that not fancy or nice but it makes for a good house. In the backyard somewhat away from the building is a ridge. There is a lot of old junk up there but it is the perfect place to sit and watch the stars.
